1. Buy the cheap-o pizza dough powder at the grocery store that says only add water. 2. Put a quarter size amount of oil on a sheet of wax paper and start to spread dough out. You do not want the dough to be too thick so it does not cook all the way through or too thin to the point that it burns. 3. Place dough on the grill at medium heat setting until golden brown than flip and do the same to the opposite side. 4. Take dough off the grill and begin to add sauce and whatever toppings you choose. 5. Put your dough now stacked full with toppings back on to the grill to cook the toppings and finish cooking all the way through. 6. Eat your delicious creation!
****The dough cooks pretty quickly so keep an eye on it so it does not get over cooked****
Grilled pizza is one of the easiest meals I have made for myself and it is relatively inexpensive. You can use anything taking up space in your fridge as toppings and the packet of dough costs aprox. $1-1.50 at the grocery. So get creative and have fun with it!
